Therefore, the influence of entrepreneurial spirit in the development of many countries cannot be denied. The current research was conducted with the aim of achieving the motivation of entrepreneurial leaders based on the theory of self-determination. The method used in this qualitative research and the data of the present research were collected by questionnaire by ten entrepreneurs of Shiraz city by snowball method. The relative importance index (RII) of the questionnaire was used to rank the factors. The questionnaire questions were designed to be simple and clear. A five-point Likert scale was used to complete the questionnaire. The relative importance index has been used to determine the importance and ranking of the factors.Based on the findings of the research, the motivation of entrepreneurial leaders includes four individual, non-personal, attitudinal and behavioral components, and the attitudinal component includes ten dimensions. The results obtained from this research show that the most important factors influencing the motivation of entrepreneurial leaders are hope and growth mentality in the first stage and love and interest in the second stage. Keywords: motivation, motivation of entrepreneurial leaders, self-determination theory امروزه موضوع کارآفرینی یکی از مهم ترین مباحث، درکشورهای در حال توسعه می‌باشد و به نظر می‌رسد انگیزش در پیدایش کارآفرینی نقش اساسی دارد. بنابراین تأثیر روحیه کارآفرینی در توسعه بسیاری از کشورها را نمی‌توان انکار کرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف دستیابی به انگیزش رهبران کارآفرین بر اساس نظریه‌ی خود تعیین گری صورت گرفته است. روش به کار رفته در این پژوهش کیفی و داده‌های پژوهش حاضر به وسیله پرسشنامه توسط ده نفر از کارآفرینان شهر شیراز به روش گلوله برفی جمع‌آوری شده است. جهت رتبه‌بندی عوامل از شاخص اهمیت نسبی( RII ) از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. سوالات پرسشنامه ساده و گویا طراحی شدند. برای تکمیل پرسشنامه از طیف لیکرت پنج‌تایی استفاده شد. برای تعیین میزان اهمیت و رتبه‌بندی عوامل از شاخص اهمیت نسبی استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش انگیزش رهبران کارآفرین شامل چهار مؤلفه فردی، غیر فردی، نگرشی و رفتاری است که مؤلفه نگرشی شامل ده بعد ارائه شده است. نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر انگیزش رهبران کارآفرین در وهله اول امیدواری و ذهنیت رشد و در وهله دوم عشق و علاقه‌مندی است. کلیدواژه‌ها: انگیزش، انگیزش رهبران کارآفرین، نظریه‌ی خود تعیین گری /downloadfilepdf/58955
