In general, The conclusion of this research is to emphasize the importance of ethical characteristics in decision-making and its effect on managers' behaviors in organizations با توجه به اینکه پیچیدگیهای محیطی و تغییرات فزایندهای که در دنیای کسب و کار وجود دارد باعث شده که صاحبنظران به تأثیرگذاری اخالق در موفقیت بلندمدت سازمان تاکید کنند، به همین دلیل مقاله حاضر به دنبال بررسی تصمیم گیری اخالقی مدیران در سازمانها پرداخته است. با توجه به بررسی پژوهشها و تحقیقات قبلی میتوان اذعان داشت، اصول اساسی تصمیمگیری اخالقی مدیران شامل: صداقت و شفافیت، عدالت و انصاف، احترام به حقوق دیگران و تعهد به مسئولیت اجتماعی میباشد. به طور کلی، نتیجهگیری این تحقیق تأکید بر اهمیت ویژگیهای اخالقی در تصمیمگیری و تأثیر آن بر رفتارهای مدیران در سازمانها دارد. https://ajm.apadana.ac.ir/downloadfilepdf/32330
